Loss & Grief
The Snowy Day
The day Rowan died, the world didn't stop. The sun still rose. Birds still sang. But my world collapsed. Rowan was my mother. Everything felt perfect. I remember their advice like it was yesterday. Now I talk to Rowan when I visit a train station. I know they can't hear me. But saying it out loud makes it feel real. Grief is love with nowhere to go.
