Loss & Grief
A Letter to You
The day Parker died, the world didn't stop. The sun still rose. Birds still sang. But my world collapsed. Parker was my sister. We were so young and stupid. I remember their warm hugs like it was yesterday. Now I talk to Parker when I visit a concert. I know they can't hear me. But saying it out loud makes it feel real. Grief is love with nowhere to go.
