Loss & Grief
The Hardest Lesson
The day Quinn died, the world didn't stop. The sun still rose. Birds still sang. But my world collapsed. Quinn was my mother. I never felt so alive. I remember how they laughed like it was yesterday. Now I talk to Quinn when I visit the beach. I know they can't hear me. But saying it out loud makes it feel real. Grief is love with nowhere to go.
