Loss & Grief
What Taught Me
The day Morgan died, the world didn't stop. The sun still rose. Birds still sang. But my world collapsed. Morgan was my grandfather. It was the best time of my life. I remember their cooking like it was yesterday. Now I talk to Morgan when I visit the park. I know they can't hear me. But saying it out loud makes it feel real. Grief is love with nowhere to go.
