Learning to Let Go

I met Riley in a garden. It was windy and I wasn't looking for love. But Riley walked in and everything changed. We talked for hours about life. I knew in that moment this was different. I never felt so alive. We were together for 9 years. Then I moved away. I still think about Riley whenever I see a sunset. Some loves don't fade. They just become part of who you are.
