Loss & Grief
My Mother's Story
The day Morgan died, the world didn't stop. The sun still rose. Birds still sang. But my world collapsed. Morgan was my grandmother. It was the best time of my life. I remember their warm hugs like it was yesterday. Now I talk to Morgan when I visit a coffee shop. I know they can't hear me. But saying it out loud makes it feel real. Grief is love with nowhere to go.
