Loss & Grief
What Taught Me
The day Wren died, the world didn't stop. The sun still rose. Birds still sang. But my world collapsed. Wren was my mother. It changed me forever. I remember their advice like it was yesterday. Now I talk to Wren when I visit a rooftop. I know they can't hear me. But saying it out loud makes it feel real. Grief is love with nowhere to go.
