Letters to You

I spent 8 years chasing recognition. I worked 16 hours a day. I missed birthdays. And then my child asked me why I work so much. It changed me forever. I realized I had been climbing the wrong ladder. Now I I spend more time with family. It pays less but I sleep better at night.
