The Home I Found

I spent 11 years chasing a promotion. I worked 12 hours a day. I missed birthdays. And then my child asked me why I work so much. I learned so much from that experience. I realized I had been climbing the wrong ladder. Now I I work part-time. It pays less but I sleep better at night.
