Loss & Grief
The Library Memory
The day Avery died, the world didn't stop. The sun still rose. Birds still sang. But my world collapsed. Avery was my uncle. It changed me forever. I remember their cooking like it was yesterday. Now I talk to Avery when I visit a small cafe. I know they can't hear me. But saying it out loud makes it feel real. Grief is love with nowhere to go.
